What you'll be doing:

• Processing student & general receivables, refunds, and payments accurately and on time
• Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger entries
• Raising invoices and monitoring outstanding debts
• Managing cash controls and supporting cash flow reporting
• Liaising with internal teams, external stakeholders, banks, and service providers
• Maintaining accurate financial records and filing documentation
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to finance inquiries
• Supporting general banking administration and intercompany reconciliations

What we're looking for:

• Experience in accounts receivable
• Excel skills, Pivot table and Vlookups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
