Job Title: Manager - Accounts Receivable (Order to Cash) Location: Noida Educational Qualifications: CA Inter or MBA (Finance) is mandatory. CTC: 19 LPA,(including 16.6% Variable Bonus) Role Overview: The Senior Manager Accounts Receivable (O2C) will lead and manage the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle for a high-volume, technology-driven payments and digital commerce business. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing, compliant revenue recognition, efficient accounts receivable management, and effective cash flow management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize the entire Order-to-Cash process, including order processing, invoicing, payment processing, and cash application. • Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service teams, and finance teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce costs. • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and optimize cash flow. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Manage a team of accounts receivable professionals and provide guidance and support as needed. Role Requirements: • CA Inter or MBA (Finance) is mandatory. • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a high-volume, technology-driven payments and digital commerce business. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including revenue recognition and cash flow management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
