Accounts Receivable Coordinator

As part of our expansion in Mexico, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing finance team. Key Responsibilities Track and manage accounts receivable across multiple clients and business lines Record and reconcile incoming revenue transactions accurately and on time Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with timely delivery of financial statements Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
