Job description
You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable of stores and distribution centers assigned to you according to the standards and policies established by UAP inc.'s headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure payment of accounts and follow up on unpaid balances;
- Respond to client inquiries about their accounts;
- Complete weekly reports that will be submitted to managers;
- Work collaboratively with sales representatives, operations managers, and store managers regarding customer accounts;
- Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) and any other task required by your immediate supervisor.
