Accounts Receivable Analyst II

Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Analyst II will report into the Team Lead and the position will be based out of Mexico City. This role will have ownership of the Accounts Receivable portfolio. This includes: Managing the customers relationship assigned to him/her for the US and Canada operations for collection purposes Contacting assigned customers with overdue accounts to collect the receivable balances On the other hand, proactively contact customers with no overdue balances to assure on time payment of their accounts. The position will also be responsible for: Analyzing and resolving any discrepancies in customer accounts Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions Processing payments and issuing refunds as necessary Providing excellent customer service through timely and effective communication Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships. This role will require a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
