The Role – Your Passion

• You will check, post, and book incoming invoices and ensure proper and timely invoice processing.

• You will manage our creditor accounts, reconcile open items, and clarify discrepancies directly with suppliers.

• You will check and book travel expense and credit card statements and prepare payment runs.

• You will be the point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers on billing-related matters.

• You will support month-end and year-end closings in the Accounts Payable department.

• You will actively contribute to the digitalization of our financial processes and bring in your own ideas for optimization and automation.

What You Need to Surf with Us

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

• You ideally have 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable.

• You work conscientiously, are structured, and have a good understanding of numbers.

• You are interested in digital processes, modern financial systems, and process optimization.

• You convince with team spirit, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.

• You possess good German language skills, ideally complemented by English skills, and feel comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel.
