Your Tasks

You...

• manage, review, code, and book incoming invoices
• are responsible for the preparation and execution of the weekly payment run
• maintain and reconcile supplier accounts and clarify open items
• review and book travel expense reports, including virtual credit card payments
• support month-end closing activities, especially with the reconciliation and booking of active deferred items (ARAP) and the recording of asset acquisitions

Your Profile

You fit in with us if you...

• have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• have gained initial experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance and controlling
• have ideally already worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable ERP system
• possess basic knowledge of invoice review and processing as well as accounting processes
• have good MS Excel skills and are proficient in the common MS Office applications
• work in a structured, meticulous, and reliable manner and have a good understanding of numbers
• are team-oriented, communicate clearly, and approach tasks independently and solution-oriented.
