Job Description: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large volumes of invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities: • Manage and process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. • Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and financial records. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other finance functions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Stay updated on changing regulations, laws, and industry best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
