Role : At IGE the Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible to manage and record all cash outflows from the company, including payments made to vendors, employees, and other parties. This includes processing and recording of invoices, checks, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment. The AP Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner. 2. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and record all cash outflows from the company, including payments made to vendors, employees, and other parties. - Process and record invoices, checks, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment. - Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. - Perform various accounting tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. - Provide support to the accounting team as needed. 3. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus. 4.
