This is an opportunity to join a high-performing finance team in a hands-on Accounts Payable role that plays a critical part in maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring accurate, timely financial processing across the business.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processing, ensuring invoices are accurately captured, approved, and paid in line with company policies and deadlines.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, using Zahara for purchase-to-pay workflows and SAP as the core ERP system.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processing, ensuring invoices are accurately captured, approved, and paid in line with company policies and deadlines.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, using Zahara for purchase-to-pay workflows and SAP as the core ERP system.
Process supplier invoices end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and timely payment
Manage invoice matching against purchase orders and receipts through Zahara
Maintain supplier master data and respond to supplier queries professionally and efficiently
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Process payment runs and assist with month-end accounts payable activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives across accounts payable workflows
About You
Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within a medium to large organisation
Hands-on experience with Zahara and SAP (or similar ERP systems)
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Confident communicator, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Sound understanding of accounts payable controls and processes
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and accuracy
