Accounts Payable Officer

The Company Our client is a well-established New Zealand construction company delivering projects nationwide, with offices in West Auckland and onsite parking. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The Role In this role you will be working in a team of 4 and will be reporting into the Financial Controller. Your main responsibilities will include: • Processing and paying invoices on time • Managing and maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions • Coordinating with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
