We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. As an AP/AR Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Key Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in transactions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of AP/AR processes. • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
