The Opportunity:

As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process across several entities. You’ll ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time, maintain clean financial records, and support timely month-end reporting.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices promptly and accurately, including PO and delivery docket matching.
  • Ensure correct coding to GL accounts, cost centres, jobs/projects, and GST.
  • Manage approval workflows and follow up outstanding approvals.
  • Process credit card and employee expense claims in line with Group policies.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and manage onboarding.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payment runs within agreed terms.
  • Support month-end accruals, AP reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement AP process improvements.
  • Act as super user for Jobpac AP and Edge Global OCR workflow.



Your Ideal Skill Set:

  • 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of AP processes, GST requirements, and coding accuracy.
  • High attention to detail with excellent accuracy and time management.
  • Proficient with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.



Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience working across multiple entities or business units.
  • Familiarity with job-costing or project environments.
  • Experience with Jobpac, Dynamics, or similar systems.
