Accounts Manager

TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency are supporting an excellent Top 20 chartered accountancy practice based in Sittingbourne who are looking for an Accounts Manager to join their experienced team across a mixed accounts and tax portfolio. Our client is a very friendly firm who have been established in the Kent market for many years. As an Accounts and Tax Manager, you will report directly into the partners and be responsible for a mixed client portfolio made up of a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and trusts. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of clients, providing a high level of service and ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the service they receive. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all clients are up to date with their accounts and tax returns, and that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, with experience of managing a portfolio of clients. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. The role will involve a mix of office and client visits, and you will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
