Requirements

Financial Operations & Reconciliation

• Lead partner reconciliations, including per-loan principal and income matching.
• Collaborate with partner accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
• Manage and resolve queries from partners on tax, processes, and reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors (quarterly and annual), bankers, and statutory authorities.
• Prepare and deliver financial materials and reports for board meetings.

Reporting & Compliance

• Resolve accounting queries and assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee the preparation of Annual General Meeting (AGM) documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Track investments and monitor internal rate of return (IRR) performance.
• Review monthly income and expenditure against the approved budget.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams (credit, operations, technology, and business) to align on finance initiatives.
• Support onboarding of new partners alongside the credit and operations teams.
• Collaborate with the tech team to design and validate reports and workflows in the Loan Management System (LMS).
• Work with the business team to perform financial due diligence for new partnerships.
• Represent finance interests in interdepartmental projects and decision-making discussions.
