Position Overview: The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the institute. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain accurate financial records. * Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. * Prepare and process invoices. * Reconcile bank statements. * Assist in the preparation of financial statements. * Manage petty cash. * Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. * Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation. * Perform other accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP). * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
