Accounts Executive - Email Support Management

Company Profile Nextgen is a UK based company that provides services for mobile operators world-wide. We are a growing company with about 300 employees and offices in Europe, Asia, India, Cairo and the US. Our core competency is the provision of services around the commercial aspects of mobile roaming, in particular data and financial clearing. Our services are based on proprietary software and operated centrally. The software is based on Web and Oracle technology and its main purpose consists of managing and processing large amounts of data, as well as providing financial and commercial support to our clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality email support to our clients, ensuring that their queries are answered promptly and efficiently. This role is a key part of our customer service team and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. You will be working closely with our technical team to resolve any technical issues that may arise, and will be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions with our clients. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work a standard 37.5 hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
