We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our agency. This role is critical to ensuring accurate accounting, timely billing, effective vendor management, and compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering timely reports to leadership. With a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally and Excel, you will contribute to the agency’s financial health and smooth day-to-day functioning.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our agency. This role is critical to ensuring accurate accounting, timely billing, effective vendor management, and compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering timely reports to leadership. With a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally and Excel, you will contribute to the agency’s financial health and smooth day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue sales invoices to clients in alignment with project milestones and service delivery.
- Monitor receivables and proactively follow up on payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Record and verify purchase bills, vendor payments, and expense entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in GST calculations, return preparation, and tracking of input tax credits.
- Maintain organized and secure documentation, including vouchers, supporting files, and digital records.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and management to ensure seamless financial workflows.
- Support management by preparing monthly MIS reports and providing timely cash flow updates.
- Uphold strict confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution across all accounting tasks.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an agency or service-based environment.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and core accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills (including email and WhatsApp).
- Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and dependable in meeting deadlines.
- Male candidates preferred.
