Accountmanager On-Trade

We are looking for an enthusiastic On-Trade Account Manager to strengthen our sales team in Amsterdam. Your main goal is to grow our On-Trade activities by actively bringing in new customers and building on existing relationships. You will focus on important hospitality clients, primarily in the Amsterdam region.

Thanks to your existing On-Trade network, you ensure that our brands are represented in an excellent manner (menu, backbar etc.). You develop strategic distribution routes, activations, and creative guerrilla actions to increase brand awareness.

Your main responsibilities:

• New business development: You manage the entire sales cycle by identifying leads, approaching customers, closing deals, building strong relationships, and maintaining them. Additionally, you take the lead in developing innovative actions, such as sampling campaigns and events, to win new customers.
• Account management: You manage a portfolio of hospitality clients (such as restaurants, bars, and clubs), identify upsell opportunities, and offer tailored solutions to meet each client's needs.
• Evaluation and reporting: You strive to exceed your sales targets and approach opportunities with a strategic mindset, prioritizing activities with the greatest impact. You regularly evaluate and report on performance KPIs, seek improvement opportunities, and share analyses with your sales team.
• Participation in events: You actively identify relevant events and represent Anker to increase brand visibility and awareness, and seize new opportunities. You tell the authentic story of our brands, present our products as the preferred choice for potential customers, and make them true brand ambassadors
