You guide the customer through a smooth start on the platform and are often on the road visiting restaurants. How does your function look like? Visits: visit restaurants on location to guide them in their connection with our platform; Explain: explain the use of our platform and its benefits in a clear and accessible way; Guide: new customers through the process of setting up an account and using our platform, ensuring they understand how it works and what they can achieve with it. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during this process.
