What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of €1.5 million annually. You will acquire new customers and develop existing ones. Additionally, you will independently negotiate and use your business knowledge and insights to make the client think. Furthermore, you will be able to build a good internal and external network with your social skills. Through personal guidance and coaching, you will develop yourself within your role as a Telesales Account Manager. What do we ask?

• HBO work/thinking level through education or experience(s)
• Fluent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
• You know how to convince (potential) customers
• You notice developments in the market and know how to translate them into opportunities
• You have courage and dare to be creative
• Ambition to continuously develop yourself and grow in the sales profession
• Residing in the Schiphol area

What do we offer?

• A gross starting salary between €2,900 and €3,800 per month based on 40 hours and your experience;
• A monthly bonus potential of 20% of your gross annual salary or more with overperformance
• Collective labor agreement à la carte budget of 6.24% (You can choose for 13 extra vacation days, extra salary, or other great options)
• A contract for 40 hours per week
• Travel expenses reimbursement (up to 40 km one way) or public transport reimbursement

• After your onboarding period, hybrid working is possible until January 1, 2027. After January 1, 2027, you may work from home 1 day per week, the rest of the week you will work at the office.
