About This Role

We are looking for an Accounting Staff who is meticulous, responsible, and comfortable working with numbers and details.

In this position, you will help ensure that every transaction is recorded accurately, every revenue can be tracked clearly, and the company's financial reports are compiled neatly.

This role is suitable for those who like order, have a high sense of responsibility, and want to work in a place where administrative and financial work also has real meaning.

Main Responsibilities

As an Accounting Staff, you will help with:

• Maintaining and recording daily financial transactions accurately
• Processing booking data into revenue and unearned revenue records
• Compiling monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Categorizing, recording, and summarizing company expenses
• Assisting in monitoring operational cash flow
• Performing reconciliation of financial data when necessary
• Coordinating with the operational team regarding booking, payments, invoices, or other administrative financial needs
• Helping ensure that financial data is stored neatly and easily accessible
  
  
  

Qualifications We Expect

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• The ability to use Excel or Google Sheets effectively
• A high level of attention to detail and comfort working with detailed data
• A sense of responsibility and integrity when handling financial information
• The ability to work independently and complete tasks thoroughly
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams
