Accounting Specialist

Job Description – Accounting Specialist Location: Hybrid (Once a Month need to be at the office in Puebla) Reports to: Accounting Team Lead Position Summary The Accounting Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities • Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely manner. • Prepare and review various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring all accounting records are up-to-date and accurate. • Collaborate with the Accounting Team Lead to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and management. • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Team Lead. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
