Accounting Specialist (PtP/OtC/RtR)

We are an international organization located in Poznań, inviting applications from individuals with experience in financial and accounting areas who are passionate about finance and want to develop their skills within our team of accounts receivable, payable or main ledger.

The position: Accounting Specialist (PtP/OtC/RtR)

Main tasks:

• performing accounting activities within a given area (PtP/OtC/RtR),
• accounting, analyzing documents, payments, managing transactions, handling email boxes,
• performing activities related to closing a given period,
• preparing reports and analyses,
• cooperating with other financial teams, supporting clients or suppliers,
• participating in team projects related to development,
• performing timely activities, according to regulations, rules and procedures.

We are looking for:

• professional experience in financial and accounting processes, preferably in SSC/BPO,
• very good knowledge of English language in speaking and writing min. B2,
• higher education,
• experience working with Ms Office tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP),
• ability to set priorities, interpersonal skills, attitude towards seeking solutions
• reliability, ability to work with data.
