We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at our Berlin location.

Tasks

• Surety of a smooth workflow in payment processing
• Data maintenance of the tools used for ensuring liquidity management (TM5, Excel) including guarantee administration
• Preparation of reports and evaluations on liquidity as well as key figure analysis
• Participation in monthly and annual closing preparation
• Support in ongoing accounting, ensuring representations
• Independent development of existing processes

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the plant construction and/or project business (advance payments / Avale)
• Fundamental knowledge in handling MS-Office and ERP systems (ideally Pro Alpha)
• Safe knowledge in local accounting (HGB) and closing preparation
• Good German and English skills
• Readiness for project-based work and change processes
• Hands-on personality, independent working style, high reliability
