Accounting Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You will prepare monthly closing accounts according to HGB and contribute to annual closing accounts.
• You will coordinate debit, credit, and asset accounts.
• You will be responsible for ongoing financial accounting for multiple subsidiaries.
• You will take care of sales tax submissions and relevant notifications.
• You will manage the open items administration including dunning procedures.
• You will support daily business in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Qualification

• You hold a completed vocational training in accounting, for example as a tax clerk (m/w/d), or a degree in business administration with a focus on finance.
• You bring several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally from an environment with multiple subsidiaries.
• You work securely with DATEV and are proficient in MS Office.
• You have extensive experience in the management of intercompany transactions and internal coordination.
• You take over the cost center accounting as well as the formation and maintenance of provisions.
• You are characterized by independent, structured, and reliable working habits and maintain an overview even with complex matters.
• You bring negotiation-safe German language skills (at least C1 level).
