We are looking for an Accounting Specialist - Accounts Payable.

The person will join the Administration department with a focus on accounts payable activities, to strengthen the oversight of administrative-accounting activities related to the management of the payable cycle, ensuring adequate operational support and compliance with deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of the accounts payable cycle and related accounting entries;
• Support in the correct and timely input and recording of accounting data;
• Support in the preparation of administrative and financial reports;
• Verification of the completeness and correctness of administrative documentation related to the accounts payable cycle;
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure correct recording and management of data;
• Support for periodic closing activities (monthly/quarterly/annual);
• Support for related administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

• Accounting diploma or degree in economic disciplines;
• Previous work experience of at least 2 years in accounts payable;
• Knowledge of accounting entries and the payable cycle;
• Knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, ERP software).

Remuneration Information

In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company provides information regarding the initial remuneration foreseen for the position.

The initial gross annual salary (RAL), not less than € 28,748.59, is determined based on the level of responsibility and the skills required, according to objective, verifiable, and gender-neutral criteria, and in accordance with the applied CCNL.

Any economic recognition higher than the minimum threshold indicated is granted exclusively based on further, objectively verifiable elements, such as, for example:

• Relevant and qualified professional experience;
• Specific technical or managerial skills;
• Level of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.

These elements are applied according to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, respecting the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.
