In a strongly growing company with clear orientation towards renewable energies, you will take over as Financial Leadership the responsibility for the entire financial accounting.

Aufgaben

You will take over the leadership of financial accounting according to HGB – and bring your expertise in to professionalize structures, digitalize processes, and develop your team.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Contact person for tax consultants, banks & auditors
• Consolidation, intercompany adjustments & fiscal compliance
• Development of accounting processes and digital tools
• Closely working together with the commercial leader and adjacent departments
• Optional: Participation in controlling (cost centers, project controlling)

Qualifikation

• Completed accounting education or study in the financial sector
• Completed Balanced Bookkeeper examination
• About 10 years of professional experience in accounting, final security according to HGB

• Experience with consolidation, intercompany processes & ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Analytical thinking, precise working style & joy in improvement
• Nice to have: Experience with IFRS, project controlling, corporate structures or from the renewable energy sector
