Join our dynamic Finance team at MILES and take on a central role in the development of our accounting processes. As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the quality and transparency of our financial data, design process improvements and automations, and work closely with various departments. Your expertise in monthly, annual, and consolidated statements can be used effectively here.

Important: For this position, a very good German on C1-level in both spoken and written form is essential to communicate effectively within the team as well as with external partners.

Your Responsibility

• Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren und Sachkonten)
• Verwaltung der Anlagenbuchhaltung und Buchung von Abschreibungen
• Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Liquiditätsüberwachung und Management offener Posten
• Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Aufgaben und Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
• Beteiligung an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen

Your Profile

• You have a completed commercial education or a business studies degree with a focus on accounting and finance
• You ideally bring several years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• You are familiar with the principles of proper accounting
• You have first-hand experience with DATEV, alternatively other common accounting systems are advantageous
• You are self-organized and communicative, teamwork is a matter of course for you
• You master German on C1-level and English on B2-level, both orally and in writing
