Job description
KPMG Accountants provides personalized advice and operational support to the management of medium-sized and international companies, non-profit organizations, and public authorities on the topics of finance, accounting, taxation, business management, and administration.
To sustain the strong growth of KPMG Accountants, we are looking for an Accounting Manager.
In this role:
-You will be responsible for the general coordination of files for a diverse KMO-client portfolio;
-You will also be responsible for professional networking and expanding this portfolio;
-You will supervise the quality of files and evaluate work methods;
-You will be responsible for people management, including coaching the team, planning and monitoring work activities, and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Qualifications
-You have a bachelor's or master's degree with a specialization in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit completed.
-Having the ITAA title (or an equivalent professional title) is considered an added value.
-You can look back on at least 8 years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm or an equivalent work environment. Preferably, this professional experience and network were built in the Kortrijk region.
-Client satisfaction is high on your agenda, and thanks to a professional attitude, you are able to build a sustainable trust relationship with clients.
-You possess strong commercial skills and spend a lot of attention on structure and transparency.
-You attach importance to a pleasant team atmosphere and cooperation.
-You work with full trust with AI tools and adopt a critical attitude towards the use of AI in daily tasks and in collaboration within the team.
