These are our current challenges and future goals:

Do you love clean accounting and are you also interested in how modern systems and digital processes are shaping the accounting of tomorrow? Then you are exactly right with us. As Accounting Manager Accounts Payable, you will take responsibility for the daily accounts payable business at Glow25 and actively contribute to the further development of our finance processes. 100% remote!

We need your support in this area:

• You will check, assign account codes, and book incoming invoices as part of accounts payable accounting.

• You will check and book travel expenses and out-of-pocket expenses as part of travel expense accounting.

• You will reconcile credit card transactions and book them carefully and completely.

• You will book and reconcile bank transactions as part of bank accounting.

• You will actively participate in digitalization projects, contribute your thoughts and ideas, and help replace manual processes with smart, scalable solutions.

You bring the following experience:

• You have completed training as a tax assistant or a comparable commercial qualification.

• You have 1 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting or accounts payable.

• You have sound knowledge of working with DATEV.

• You have a good understanding of tax basics and possess solid accounting knowledge.

• You enjoy working with digital tools and have a strong affinity for IT. Experience with MOSS is a nice plus.

• You communicate confidently in German (C1) and can also converse in English (at least B2).
