PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Under the guidance of the Accounting and Financial Statements Coordinator, the resource will be responsible for activities related to the accounts payable cycle in relation to deadlines and VAT regulations, in coordination with the Finance department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a resource who, under the guidance of the Accounting and Financial Statements Coordinator, will manage activities related to the accounts payable cycle according to deadlines and VAT regulations, including:

• Control of Core accounts payable invoicing flows (Italy and abroad) and maintenance of accounting records
• Verification of the inventory loading process
• Support in the management of customs documentation
• Support in balance sheet closing and audit activities (monthly/annual)

PROFILE

Studies/Experience

• Accounting diploma or Degree in Economics and Business
• Minimum accounting experience

Specific Skills

• English language
• Principles of Accounts Receivable and Payable Cycle
• Principles of general accounting and double-entry bookkeeping
• In-depth knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP administration and finance modules (preferential)

Gross annual salary 25,600 euros
