Accounting Intern

GKSD ProCure, part of GKSD Investment Holding and the purchasing center of the Gruppo San Donato, is looking for an Accounting Intern to join the Finance Team.

The resource will be integrated into a training and professional growth path, reporting directly to the Administrative Manager. They will assist the team in administrative and documentary activities, gradually acquiring autonomy and responsibility.

Main Activities

• Support in checking the accuracy of billing data and administrative documentation.
• Verification of correspondence between orders, transport documents (DDT), delivered goods, and invoices.
• Request, collection, and archiving of transport documents (DDT) and administrative documentation.
• Identification and management of any documentary anomalies and discrepancies between orders, DDT, and invoices.
• Management of relationships with clients and suppliers for documentary requests and administrative clarifications.
• Support for periodic accounting closing activities and preparation of related documentation.
• Collaboration with the Operations department to ensure correct order cycle management.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate in economic disciplines.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, with particular reference to Excel.
