Your mission: You will lead the independent accounting for all customers
You will process the accounts receivable ledger, including collection and reconciliation of payment receipts
You will support period-end closing
You will take over the accounting and booking of liabilities
You will conduct control and booking of credit card statements
Bank account reconciliation and direct booking of bank statement extracts are part of your daily task portfolio
You are a valuable support in financial projects
You will check travel expense claims for compliance with tax requirements and internal procedures
You will prepare payment proposals by reviewing documents and requesting payments, beforehand
You will participate in special projects as a representative of the finance department (e.g. IT system upgrade)





Your skills: You bring at least one year of vocational training in accounting with you
Initial professional experience in financial and accounting matters are highly beneficial
Good MS Excel knowledge is a given for you
You are attentive to details, proactive, and flexible
You love teamwork and functional activities
