Accounting Employee

Ali Spa, a personnel selection and recruitment company, is selecting 1 Accounting Employee for a small and important company operating in the medical-scientific events and training field with headquarters in Milan. The resource will be inserted directly under the Company Owner, responsible for managing the following tasks: - Managing accounts payable and receivable - Controlling procedures related to external collaborators - Cash flow management - Economic control on company assets - Updating data on accounting software - Scheduling events for activation procedures - Active support to Project Managers regarding event management and initial payments The ideal candidate presents the following requirements: - Diploma in Accounting (Administration, Finance, and Marketing), plus a degree in Economics or Management if available - At least 3 years of experience in the role - Structured knowledge of fundamental accounting principles - Knowledge and experience with Zucchetti Ad Hoc Revolution software (or alternative complex accounting software) - Excellent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Precision and excellent calculation skills - Punctuality and reliability - Good relational skills and team spirit Contract initial term in employment, to be evaluated as time-determined or indeterminate based on experience (final goal is direct hiring) CCNL Commerce, 14 months, RAL expected 30K Benefit: smartworking up to 2 days a week, ticket €8 per workday, company-provided PC and phone Full Time, Mon-Fri All job postings published by us are intended for both sexes, people of all ages and nationalities (ex.
