Accounting & Controlling Manager

We are seeking a 100% Accounting & Controlling Manager

As an Accounting & Controlling Manager, you will be the financial heart of our hotel. You ensure that all accounting, controlling, and procurement processes run smoothly and significantly contribute to ensuring that economic decisions are based on solid numbers. In your role, you will serve as a interface between various departments and external partners and help shape processes efficiently, transparently, and harmoniously.

• You take responsibility for the management and monitoring of all financial and business processes of the hotel – numbers are your tool, with which you create harmony between costs and revenues
• Sure establishment of a smooth operational accounting, controlling, and procurement as well as timely and correct financial reporting
• You prepare monthly and annual statements, evaluate the results, and lead to recommendations for management – for you, numbers are not just facts, but stories that you tell
• Co-responsibility for forecasts and budgets, development of annual plans, high-level estimates, and meaningful statistics as well as implementation of deviation and ad-hoc analyses
• You ensure procurement controlling and proper inventory management, so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• Support in maintaining ERP systems – structure and order are your strength.
• Support for the management team and contact person for department heads in all financial matters, including optimizing business processes
• You ensure the compliance with legal requirements, manage contract law, and be responsible for invoicing, reminder, and debt collection – you harmoniously hold together the financial framework of the hotel
