Accounting Clerk (m/w/d)

• You will take over the daily processing of account statements and account maintenance as well as simple bookkeeping.
• You are also responsible for supporting the annual financial statement, including printing from SAP and processing PDF documents.
• You will also create a credit note and control and enclose the invoices.
• You will process all incoming and outgoing mail.
• In your role, you will support the distribution of tasks in Salesforce CRM systems.
• You will print gift certificates and handle the corresponding correspondence with customers.

• You have a completed training as an accountant (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d) or in a similar field of study.
• You also have relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably in a larger company.
• Your secure knowledge of MS Office applications and an ERP system like SAP sets you apart.
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking are essential for this position and complete your profile.
• You bring a high level of diligence and analytical thinking with you.
• You are team-oriented and work independently as well as very reliably.
