Warehouse Accounting Clerk

Ali Spa Ali Work, branch of Garbagnate Milanese, is looking for a Warehouse Accounting Clerk, for a distributing company in Origgio (VA). The sought-after figure will be required to perform the following daily tasks: USCITA MERCE 1a) print pick (work sheet that serves the warehouse to prepare the goods) 1b) verification and insertion of merchandise details for physical order preparation 1c) insertion of pick for account work and creation of account work schedule in excel 2) insert and update data on the company's accounting software; 3) perform daily checks on inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or anomalies; 4) prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis; 5) maintain accurate records of all transactions and movements within the warehouse; 6) ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in accounting and/or logistics. Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
