Tasks - You will independently manage accounts receivable and ensure a smooth flow in the billing process - You will review, verify, and book incoming and outgoing invoices - You will monitor payment flows and reconcile cash and accounts - You will create monthly reports and support quarterly and annual closings - You will maintain master data in the ERP system and work closely with internal departments and external partners - You will actively participate in cross-functional projects. Profile - Completed commercial training Further education in accounting (e.g. Accounting Clerk) is an asset - Experience in financial and accounting services, particularly in billing - Very good German language skills, good French language skills, Italian a plus - Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems - You are numerate, organized, and enjoy working independently.
