Accounting Assistant – Studio

Maw Search and Selection MAW s.p.a. Search and Selection is seeking an important professional studio, an Accounting Assistant – Studio. Specifically, the resource will be responsible for managing a package of clients and will be required to perform the following activities: - Ordinary accounting; - Registration of First Note IVA and First Note Contabile; - Management of banks, cash register, and payment registration; - Active and passive cycle management; - Periodic liquidations and VAT declarations; - Unique certifications and income tax declaration; - Telematic delegation F24 and declaration sending; - End-of-year adjustments and accounting entries; - Balance sheet preparation before taxes; - Printing of IVA registers, journal book, and inventory books. Required qualifications: - Diploma in accounting or related fields; - Previous experience in the role at professional studios; - Knowledge of tax calculation will be considered a plus; - Familiarity with office software and package; - Flexibility, organizational skills, precision, and entrepreneurial spirit; - Ability to work independently and in groups. The company offers direct entry on an indefinite-term contract and a retributive package commensurate with the real and effective competencies acquired. Location: Treviglio (BG).
