Tasks

Your Role

As a member of staff in the Accounting & Controlling department, you will work directly with CFO, COO, and CEO to support the setup, development, and operational implementation of our financial processes.

The role is ideal for graduates or candidates with some years of relevant professional experience who are eager to take on responsibility, immerse themselves in the company, and learn quickly.

You will receive a broad insight into financial management, corporate planning, and decision-making processes at the management level and develop your skills and personal growth strongly..

Your Tasks

• Support in ongoing accounting (e.g. monthly closings, cost accounting, account reconciliations)
• Participation in operational and strategic controlling (budget planning, forecasts, actual vs. planned analyses)
• Preparation of management reports, analyses, and decision-making bases for CFO, COO, and CEO
• Support in liquidity planning, cash flow analyses, and cost structures
• Participation in the development of financial processes, reporting standards, and tools
• Closely collaborate with internal and external contact persons (e.g. tax consultants, auditors)Take over ad-hoc analyses and special projects in the finance department

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics or comparable
• Newcomer or 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling, finance, or consulting
• Strong interest in numbers, connections, and entrepreneurial decisions
• High learning readiness,
