Job description
- Prepare and elaborate company obligations (SPED ECD, ECF, Transfer Price, Taxes, Financial Statements, and other auxiliary reports).
- Ensure that accounting standards and internal procedures are followed.
- Work closely with the Controller to ensure the integrity of financial and accounting information and full compliance with Accounting Policies.
- Respond to external and internal auditor demands.
- Review and analyze reconciliations of asset, liability, and equity accounts.
- Analyze taxes and validate calculations for PIS, COFINS, ICMS, IPI, and IRPJ/CSLL.
- Solid knowledge in the inventory process (Raw Materials, Work-in-Progress, Finished Goods).
- Participate in monthly accounting closing with internal deadlines.
- Maintenance, control, and accounting of all accounts in the chart of accounts.
- Solid knowledge in Permanent Assets.
- Solid knowledge in Tax Regimes (Simplified National Regime, Presumed Profit, Real Profit).
