Accountant/Economist

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Accountant/Economist to join our team in the financial department. If you are an organized person, detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of financial aspects, this position may be suitable for you.

• Collect, verify, and record financial documents and information, correctly and on time;
• Maintain evidence of suppliers' materials/services and perform periodic verifications to ensure no discrepancies in accounts;
• Reconcile account balances at the end of each month with verification statements;
• Collaborate with personnel from the Financial-Contabil department and other departments/service within the company;
• Maintain evidence of disbursements/advances for settlement;
• Participate in preparing financial reports and closing accounts;
• Participate in annual inventory process, ensuring necessary documentation (inventorization decision, inventory graphic, service orders, etc.);
• Participate in annual audit process of the company's financial situation, collaborating with external auditors;
• Ensure provision of reports, situations, and analyses upon request from the direct manager.
