The onboarding will take place until April 2026 in Winterthur, later the long-term workplace will be in Zug. Tasks - Leading the main bookkeeping including debtor and creditor bookkeeping - Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual statements - Alignments and controls of accounting transactions - Payment processing and liquidity management - Creating annual statements according to OR - Reports and analyses for business leadership - Budget control and Soll-Ist-comparisons - Tax planning and VAT settlements - Collaboration with tax consultants and auditors - Training and development of employees - Process optimization in the finance department (e.g. digitalization) - Financial consulting for business leadership - Creating budget and liquidity data Profile - Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting - Several years of professional experience in financial bookkeeping - Very good knowledge of MS Office and Abacus - Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style - Leadership experience and joy in developing processes Advantages - Permanent employment starting immediately or at the latest by November 1, 2025 - Onboarding takes place on-site in Winterthur - From around April 2026, workplace will be in the Zug area - No home office possibility ?
