We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team in full-time or part-time capacity (30 hours).

You want to bring your experience in financial accounting and at the same time shape processes? In our Accounting Team, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and digitalization of our international financial processes.

Our Team is responsible for accounting for several European companies with reliability, structure, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Deine Aufgaben

As an Accountant (w/m/d), you will take on a central role in daily business and closing processes. You will work closely with colleagues from within and outside the country and bring your expertise actively into both operational and strategic areas. Additionally, you can participate in introducing our new accounting system. Specifically, this means:

• Creating monthly and quarterly closings for individual companies within the group and participating in annual closings
• Billing business transactions (creditors, debtors, main book, banks) and monitoring accounts, clearing accounts, and preparing payment proposals and implementing the reminder process
• Preliminary tax reports (e.g. value-added tax advance notifications, comprehensive report) and clarifying tax-related questions with external tax consultants as needed
• Participating in the development and digitalization of our accounting processes, particularly in introducing our new accounting system
• Answering customer inquiries via ticket system in a goal-oriented manner

• A completed commercial education with bookkeeping further training or a degree with a focus on accounting or taxation
• Multiple years of professional experience in accounting or financial accounting – ideally in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of HGB accounting and ideally fundamental knowledge of tax law
• A structured, precise, and reliable working style
• Pleasure in optimizing processes and co-designing digital solutions
• Openness and team spirit in collaboration with international colleagues
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as very good English language skills for communication in the international environment
