Candidate Ideal:
- This person has the goal to grow the productivity of the Zlate team and to fulfill their responsibilities on time and correctly.
- Middle studies
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field;
- Knows Saga accounting software
Responsibilities:
- Daily ensure that client requests are received and resolved
- Daily register documents in the accounting program
- Respond to emails quickly and clearly
- Write procedures for repetitive things
- Print and archive financial and fiscal situations
- Daily ensure that records are correct and complete
- Report unusual situations
- Offer counseling to clients in the portfolio
- Send monthly information and declarations to ANAF
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure timely delivery of accounting documents
