Let's strengthen our Finance team at the heart of Antwerp

Are you someone who gets energy from numbers, structure, and teamwork? Then we might have the perfect place for you! On our headquarters in the bustling center of Antwerp, we are looking for an Accountant who wants to make a difference with our Finance team.

You'll fit right in with a tight-knit group where teamwork is central. You'll report to our Finance Manager, but you'll also have the space to show your own initiative and genuinely contribute to our success.

What will you do?

• Spend time working with our senior accountant and controllers – you'll never be alone in this.
• Follow up on outstanding postings and ensure everything is spotless.
• Help out with monthly closings: from reconciliations to provisions and overrunning accounts.
• Support reporting and audit preparation.
• Finding and solving differences – you love cracking puzzles.
• Help with recording bank transactions and other financial transactions.
• Guide our assistant accountants and provide support when needed.
• Stand in for recording purchase and sales invoices.

Requirements

We welcome a curious team player who works with an eye for detail and isn't afraid to ask questions. You think in solutions and love a challenging work environment.

You bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit or equivalent through experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Baseline knowledge of monthly closings is nice to have, but not a must.
• A fluent knowledge of Dutch; English is an extra bonus.
