About the Opportunity Karo Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, international client in the e-commerce space to find a highly skilled Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a remote-first team where your financial expertise will have a direct impact on the business. You'll be working closely with the Head of Finance to maintain financial integrity, streamline processes, and support key decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Report directly to the Head of Finance Manage, record, and reconcile financial transactions Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
