You will take over - coordination of monthly and annual accounts according to OR / Swiss GAAP FER, in close coordination with your team colleague and CFO - responsibility for creditors as well as international payments - management of the main cash register and asset and liability accounting - preparation of liquidity planning and investment of liquid funds - preparation of value-added tax and settlement tax returns - proxy duties for the CFO, including evaluations for internal and external stakeholders, including compilation and provision of information to donors - leadership or participation in functionally related projects for the further development and optimization of existing and future financial processes. You bring - completed commercial basic education and advanced training in finance and accounting (Swiss Federal Certificate or equivalent qualification) - several years of professional experience in an international environment - experience in interdisciplinary cooperation with various departments, such as management, international partners, and external consultants - very good ERP user knowledge, preferably Abacus, MS Office, and Excel - joy and competence in working with people from different cultural, professional, and personal backgrounds - secure German and very good English language skills (spoken and written) - safe, respectful demeanor and high self-responsibility and independent work style.
