For a leading software production company, we are looking for a resource to be inserted with the role of Accountant. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: ? Managing the entire passive cycle, from receipt of invoices to control, registration and approval of payments. ? Ensuring that invoices and expenses are recorded correctly and paid on time, taking advantage of any discounts for early payment. ? Keeping updated and reconciling the accounting records of the passive cycle with the general ledger. ? Guaranteeing compliance with local regulations, including correct and punctual management of VAT. ? Maintaining daily relationships with suppliers, resolving quickly any problems related to invoices, payments or documents, in collaboration with Procurement and other internal departments. ? Proposing and introducing improvements to make the processes of the passive cycle more efficient, accurate and automated (for example through e-invoicing or workflow optimization). Your Profile The selected candidate will have a school path focused on the economic and administrative sector and previous experience in the role expected for at least 3/4 years. In addition: ? High school diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. ? At least 3/4 years of growing experience in the Accounts Payable (passive cycle) area. ? Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with SAP. ? Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a dynamic environment. ? Comfort in managing remote teams and collaborating with various corporate departments. Work location: Milan, central zone.
